The project consists of exterior renovation and mechanical replacement of the existing Liquor Warehouse Building in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The work includes installation of insulation and metal panels on the exterior of the building and the roof, replacement or upgrading of existing ground mounted mechanical units, replacement and re-grading of the existing concrete loading dock, replacement of existing dock seals, replacement of existing storm water drainage in and around the loading dock to prevent standing water, and minor interior renovations for ADA and security purposes. The project also involves the replacement of the existing office building roof and associated sheet metal flashings damaged by hail. Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) will only be accepted through the Public Purchase online bidding system using State of Wyoming forms.
