Renovation of an educational facility in Blacksburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Recovery of the existing roofs with a fully-adhered 80-mil PVC KEE roof system at Sections A1 and A2, and removal of the existing low-slope roofs and installation of a fully-adhered 60-mil EPDM roof system at Sections C and D. The project shall also include the installation of a rooftop lighting protection system. The Deadline for Request for Information (RFI) shall be 2:00 PM on Monday, March 16, 2026. All RFIs must be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Deirdre Curry at currydr11@vt.edu.
