Remodeling of a medical facility in Ellensburg, Washington. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 10,630-square-foot medical facility.

The work consists of an interior remodel of approximately 10,553 square feet, including demolition, new walls, finishes, and modifications to mechanical and electrical systems for the Phase II Tenant Improvements to the Kittitas Valley Healthcare Office Building in Ellensburg, WA. Bid security amounting to five percent of the total Base Bid must accompany each Bidder's proposal. No proposal may be withdrawn after the bid opening or before contract award unless the award is delayed beyond 30 days. Compliance with prevailing wage is required. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, particularly those not accompanied by the required bid security or required data.
