Renovation of an industrial development in York, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a industrial development.
Projected Budget: - $30,000 Required Specifications Provide and install four 14'2" wide by 14'1" tall Garage Doors Garage door panels need to be insulated with ribbed panels Garage doors are to be industrial brown in color to match existing garage doors One of the door sections, on each door, to include 4 windows, to match newer doors Each door should be installed with appropriate 1/2 HP operators Standard photo eyes and Brake for operator Old doors must be removed and hauled off by contractor, after install of new doors Change orders must be submitted for any deviation of work that affects the bid cost submitted by contractor. Change orders must be approved by a representative of the City of York, prior to work be completed. Contractor must adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and Nebraska Department of Water, Energy & Environment/EPA environmental guidelines Contractor that gets awarded bid, must become a licensed contractor with the City of York, if contractor is not already licensed with City of York Provide and install four 14'2" wide by 14'1" tall garage doors. The garage door panels must be insulated with ribbed panels and be industrial brown in color to match existing garage doors. One section on each door should include four windows to match newer doors. Each door should be installed with appropriate 1/2 HP operators, including standard photo eyes and brake for operator. Remove and haul off old doors after installation of new doors.
