Description

Renovation of an office development in Charleston, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.

The West Virginia Lottery is seeking bids to establish a contract for the purchase and installation of roofing repairs on the loading dock area of the Lottery Headquarters building located at 900 Pennsylvania Ave., Charleston, WV. McKinley Architecture and Engineering, Inc. will serve as the Architect for this project. Bidders are instructed to see the Project Manual Specifications, Bid Documents, and Exhibit A - Bid Form for additional details. Bidders must include Exhibit A - Bid Form with their submission. Copies of drawings and files can be obtained by utilizing the Electronic Drawing Files Request Form in the attached Project Manual. A vendor submitting a bid bond electronically must include a copy of the bid bond with their submission and may be required to provide the original bond within two business days of the original bid opening date.
