Questions Deadline 03/31/2026 04:00 PM EDT The project consists of repairing substructure units with pneumatically applied concrete. There are approximately 23 square yards of repairs up to 15 feet working height and 65 square yards above 15 feet working height on Bridge 3053 at mile 61.20. Shadow Vehicle, Traffic Control Device, Pneumatically Applied Mortar ( Shotcrete ) - Up to 15', Pneumatically Applied Mortar ( Shotcrete ) - 15'+ All bids must be submitted electronically via Bid Express. Proposals must be accompanied by a cashier's or certified check or bid bond in favor of the West Virginia Parkways Authority, for an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal or $2,000, whichever is greater. Bid bonds may be submitted electronically via Bid Express. All bids from bidders who have been debarred or declared ineligible will be rejected. All firms submitting proposals must certify that they practice Equal Employment Opportunities. Minority Owned and Women Owned businesses are strongly encouraged to submit proposals. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to waive any or all formalities in bidding, as it may deem in its best interest. Pre-qualification requirements: Prospective bidders must be prequalified in accordance with SECTION 102.1 of the WVDOH Standard Specifications. All work under this contract shall be completed by October 31, 2026
