The project involves removing existing Trex composite decking and Southern Yellow Pine nailers from the steel truss frame docking system, properly disposing of removed materials, and installing new composite decking and composite nailer boards that meet or exceed the specifications. The provided specifications and drawings are intended to describe the needs of the City without excluding any manufacturer from bidding. The project may require a West Virginia contractor's license, marine construction experience, and performance/payment bonds.
