Renovation of an educational facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed bids are requested for the complete construction of the Warren Central High School Roof Renovation. All work shall be performed under the contract terms set in the Bidding Documents. Bids must be submitted using the provided bid forms in the project manual and comply with Indiana Board of Accounts Form 96, including a financial statement and a satisfactory Bid Bond or certified check for at least 5% of the total base bid price. Should a successful bidder withdraw or fail to provide required bonds or execute the contract, the Bid Security may be forfeited as liquidated damages. Bids must be placed in a sealed envelope labeled with project information and the bidder's details. Compliance with the bid documents is required, and prospective bidders must obtain access to these documents via the specified contact. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting will be considered in determining bidder responsiveness. Reference the Bidder’s Check List for all items required at the time of bid.
