A copy of the check for shipping and delivery orders should be emailed to Eastern Engineering-Fishers Office at fishersplanroom@easternengineering.com, and the original check for all orders should be delivered to Eastern Engineering-Fishers Office, 9901 Allisonville Rd, Fishers IN 46038. Downloadable and printed sets of bidding documents may be ordered per the options listed on the order page, with fees for processing, shipping, delivery, and tax when applicable. Purchases require a credit card or Eastern Engineering charge account before printing. Question Deadline 03/20/2026 Each Bidder shall examine the Bidding Documents carefully and, not later than ten (10) days prior to the date of receipt of bids, shall make written request for interpretation or correction of any ambiguity, inconsistency or error therein which it may discover. Verbal questions will not be answered. Pre-bid questions shall be submitted to the Owner's Representative for inclusion of all answers and distributed to all bidders via Addenda.
