Separate sealed bids are requested for improvements that include the demolition of an existing picnic shelter, grading and associated sitework for an updated picnic shelter, a waterless restroom, a parking lot, a walking trail, cornhole boards, and site furnishings. All bidders must be licensed General Contractors qualified for the construction type being bid. Bidders must deposit security with their bid, in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided. Attention is called to employment conditions and minimum wage rates, requirements for Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the bid opening. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
