1. Separate and Combined Bids will be received for HVAC replacement at Mitchell Wooten, NC 4-2 and Richard Green, NC 4-5. Contractors may bid work for Mitchell Wooten or Richard Green or both sites. Contractors may bid the Combined Bid for both sites, but it is not a requirement. 2. Contract shall include all work related to the HVAC replacement; not limited to but including Remove existing HVAC and provide new HVAC systems; Provide new bath exhaust fans connected to new timer switch, duct and roof caps; Provide new concrete pads for outside units, condensing unit enclosures with keys; Remove walls and doors as noted and provide new walls, doors, and hardware; Provide new R38 attic insulation; Patch flooring related to work; Painting new work and disturbed areas; Provide new bath light fixture. Work includes disconnection of hydro heat system and reworking of piping; existing water heaters to remain. Relocation of electrical outlets where indicated. C.F.P.
