The project is for the removal and replacement of concrete curb and gutter, and sidewalk at various locations throughout the City. The scope of work includes all work associated with the removal (if present) and replacement of concrete curb & gutter and sidewalk to match what is currently there at designated locations within City rights -of -way . Work includes removal of existing concrete , installation of new concrete , subgrade preparation , hauling and disposal of debris , traffic control , and restoration of disturbed areas. Areas to be repaired will be marked with pink paint in the field by City personnel using pink paint . Any areas or structures damaged during construction shall be repaired to original condition by the contractor . All work shall be performed within public rights -of -way unless otherwise noted . The contractor shall provide all labor , equipment , and material necessary to complete the work .
