Description

Renovation of a military facility in Kinston, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

The purpose is to seek competitive bids from qualified vendors to establish an Agency Specific Contract to extract all Weil-McClain boilers from the small and large boiler rooms and replace them with Lochinvar Copper Finish Gas Fired Boilers for the North Carolina National Guard Armory at 2875 Dobbs Farm Rd. in Kinston, NC. Only the specified brand will be accepted - no substitutions are allowed. It is the vendor's responsibility to read the Instructions to Vendors, the North Carolina General Terms and Conditions, all relevant exhibits and attachments, and any other components made a part of this solicitation and comply with all requirements and specifications. Vendors must also obtain and comply with all addenda or changes issued. Any questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted according to the instructions. The State may communicate changes through addenda. Vendor bids must constitute a firm offer for the required validity period. Any additional or modified terms submitted with the bid will have no effect unless expressly agreed upon during negotiations and incorporated by way of a Best and Final Offer.
