Loving, a Joint Venture operating as Construction Manager at Risk is seeking to Pre -Qualify Construction and Specialty Trade contractors for submission of Sealed Bids to furnish ( by Bid Package ) Labor , Materials , Equipment ( and Other) for work on NC Global Transpark Phase 2 in Kinston , North Carolina . NC Global Transpark Phase 2 is located at 4240 Hwy 58 North in Kinston , NC , and includes the Construction of three ( 3 ) additional buildings to the MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) Facilities servicing C - 130, P - 8 and HH - 60 aircraft . The Buildings include but are not limited to four (4) MRO Hangars (Approximately 140,000sf) , DLA Building (Approximately 30,000sf) , and Support Facilities (Approximately 60,000sf) . Bid Packages include: BP580.1- Turnkey Pre- Engineered Metal Building ( DLA) , BP580.2- Turnkey Pre- Engineered Metal Building (SUP) , BP0740 - Roofing (MRO ) , BP0800.1- Turnkey Doors , Frames , Hardware , & Division 10 ( DLA & SUP) , BP0840 -Glass & Glazing ( DLA & SUP ) , BP0925 -Drywall (MRO , DLA, SUP ) , BP2200.1 - Plumbing (DLA), BP2200.2- Plumbing ( SUP ) , BP2300.1 - HVAC (DLA) , BP2300.2 -HVAC ( SUP ) , BP4120- Bridge Cranes ( MRO ) .
