Invited bidders are requested to submit a proposal for the Brighton Center For Specialty Care, Building Number 1005239, FY26 BCSC PACU Extended Stay, Bidpack 01 - Construction, U-M Project Number P00023986. Bidders must submit their proposals electronically to the specified email address, with the email subject line indicating the project number and due date. Only electronic submissions are accepted. Attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting/tour is required for all bidders; failure to attend will result in refusal and return of the bid. Invited bidders include AIMS Group Inc, AZ Shmina Incorporated, DeMaria Building Company Incorporated, KASCO LLC, and The Albert M Higley Co. Subcontractors or suppliers should contact the invited bidders directly. Electronic copies of all bid documents will be provided free of charge via a content sharing site, and hard copies may be purchased from designated printing firms. If a bidder chooses not to submit a proposal, they must promptly email a bid declination message referencing the project name and number.
