Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Thorold, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The City of Thorold is inviting bids from qualified contractors to complete the 2026 Urban Roads Resurfacing Program at multiple locations throughout the City. The work includes asphalt resurfacing on West Street, traffic calming installations (speed humps), asphalt walkway and trail repairs, resurfacing of the Thorold Arena parking lot, pedestrian pathway repairs, and pavement line painting. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Niagara Peninsula Contract Standard Document (NPCSD), OPSS.MUNI, and applicable City of Thorold standards and specifications. Language for bid submissions is English unless specified otherwise, and submissions must be online only.
