Sealed bids will be received for the following: 500 Tons AASHTO NO. 10 (1 Dust). Bids must be totaled in Column C. The bid will be awarded based on the total bid amount in Column C. Do not alter the bid sheet. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $975.00 per calendar day. Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided by the municipality. Each bid must include a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality unless waived. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
