Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Bishop, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The City of Bishop, California, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified consulting firms to provide planning and design work for construction of a new combined wastewater treatment plant. The facility will serve the City of Bishop, the Eastern Sierra Community Services District, and the Bishop Paiute Tribe, replacing existing separate wastewater treatment facilities with a single unit. The selected consultant will provide environmental, planning, and design engineering services up to 30% design for the new combined plant. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted in accordance with the requirements specified in the RFQ document. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications, waive informalities, modify or cancel the request, and select the most qualified firm in the City's best interest. Questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted no later than April 7, 2026, by 5:00 PM PST.
