The proposed work includes airfield pavement maintenance, specifically micro-surface, crack sealing, and new pavement markings at the Glen Ullin Regional Airport, Glen Ullin, North Dakota. Bidders must submit their bids online via the, following all system requirements including digital document purchase and addenda acknowledgement. A copy of the bidder's North Dakota Contractor’s License or renewal certificate and a Bid Bond equal to five percent (5%) of the maximum bid price must be included. The successful bidder must provide a Contract Performance Bond and Payment Bond for the full contract amount and obtain a statement from the Office of the State Tax Commissioner confirming all state taxes have been paid prior to contract execution. The Owner may hold bids for 60 days, reject any or all bids, and waive defects. The successful bidder must comply with federal civil rights and nondiscrimination laws, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements, the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act, and make trade restriction certifications. Operations must be in compliance with FAA regulations for unmanned aircraft systems, and no contract shall use AIP grant funds for prohibited UAS activities.
