Renovation of a mixed-use development in Moline, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; and office development.
**As of May 15th, 2026 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Rock Island County Metropolitan Mass Transit District is soliciting proposals from qualified firms with experience necessary to provide: Audio Video System Replacements at MetroLINK Locations. The full detailed Scope of Work is provided as an Attachment. Question Deadline 04/01/2026 at 2:00 PM CT Project Questions / Clarifications / Requests for Approved Equals must be submitted in the online. Questions submitted to MetroLINK staff may not be answered or answered improperly, so please submit all questions through online. Contract award will be made to the most qualified, responsive, responsible proposer that submits the highest ranked proposal in the best interest of MetroLINK as determined by our evaluation team. Scoring will be determined by a MetroLINK Evaluation Committee comprised of staff, selected stakeholders and/or professionals, as needed. MetroLINK may interview the top few ranked proposals as part of the evaluation. All pricing must remain valid for a period of 180 calendar days following the due date. The project may be funded with financial assistance contracts between MetroLINK, the United States Department of Transportation and/or the Illinois Department of Transportation. Therefore, all Bidders will be required to certify compliance with applicable Local, State, and Federal laws and regulations pertaining to third-party procurements. Respondents will be required to agree to and follow all terms, conditions, rules, requirements, certifications, issued addenda and supply all required attachments as part of their response. Proposals that do not provide all required information may be rejected. MetroLINK bears no responsibility for delays or errors in submittal of response by the Contractor. Late submittals will not be allowed. By submitting a your response, you certify that you are authorized to represent and bind your company and have the technical, physical and financial resources to complete the project and comply with all requirements.
