Site work for a water / sewer project in West Olive, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: o 95 feet of 12 inch concrete storm sewer and storm catch basin o 406 feet of flat bottom ditch cleanout Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to Kragspough Drain Drainage District c/o of Ottawa County Water Resources Commissioner in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of ninety (90) days after the receipt of bids. The project shall be completed within twenty-one (21) days from date of commencement, but no later than August 28, 2026. ** doc info : Prein&Newhof Plan Room members 2 who want to purchase the hard copy of the drawings only, may do so for $24.00 dollars. If Bidder is of the opinion that any portion of the contract documents is ambiguous, inconsistent or contains errors or omissions Bidder shall, prior to submitting its bid, in writing request Engineer to clarify that portion of the contract documents as an addendum.
