Site work and addition to a stadium in Wenatchee, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium; and for the addition of a stadium.
This project is an addition to the practice ice rink facility of the Town Toyota Center. The addition will be located on the east side of the existing pre-engineered metal building and will be comprised of two stories. The first story will contain locker rooms and a storage room, and the second story will house an enclosed storage space along with utilities equipment. The structural materials are concrete floors, CMU walls, metal stud walls, and metal rafters. The exterior of the addition will closely match the exterior of the existing pre-engineered metal building. Questions will be accepted beginning on Monday, March 23, 2026. Any questions received before this date will not receive a response.
