The selected firm must demonstrate specialized experience and technical competence in projects of similar size and complexity, specifically in renovations of existing hospitals, areas with space constraints, Acute Care Services, single patient isolation rooms, Bronchoscopy Suites, HVAC upgrades, electrical and structural engineering, interior design, physical security upgrades, building management systems, critical path scheduling, fire protection, construction infection control protocols, and project phasing and coordination in active hospital settings. The firm must also provide information on project management approaches, discipline/subcontractor coordination, quality control, knowledge of VA standards, and capacity to perform the work within the required timeline. Submissions must include examples of recent and relevant projects, resumes and qualifications for key staff, documentation of professional licenses or certifications, past performance data, and statements attesting to the firm's available capacity and compliance with SDVOSB requirements.
