Site work and paving for a road / highway in Killdeer, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project includes the following general work: Seal Coat, Pavement Markings and Traffic control. In addition, the bidder shall place upon the exterior of such envelope the following information: 1. The name of the Bidder 2. Acknowledgement of the Addenda The Bidder shall submit a separate sealed envelope containing the following information: 1. Bid security in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders 2. Copy of North Dakota Contractor's License or Certificate of Renewal All bidders must be licensed for the full amount of the bid as required by Section 43-07-12 of the North Dakota Century Code. No Bid will be read or considered unless it fully complies with the bidding requirements. Contracts shall be awarded on the basis of the low bid submitted by a responsible and responsive Bidder for the aggregate sum of all bid items as defined in the Bidding Documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in any bid, to hold all bids for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of opening bids, to accept the bid deemed most favorable to the interest of the Owner. If satisfactory bids are not received, the Owner reserves the right to rebid the project until a satisfactory bid is received. The work on the improvements shall be substantially completed on or before 8/15/2026 and ready for final payment on or before 9/1/2026 in accordance with the Contract Documents. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
