Reference Number 0000415591 Bid Intent Not Available The project consists of roadway reconstruction, utility improvements, and associated work, including but not limited to: Replacement of five (5) concrete ADA handicap ramps Installation of approximately 2,618 linear feet of C900 waterline Construction of approximately 640 linear feet of retaining wall with attached guardrail Removal of approximately 6,921 square yards of 3-6 inch Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) Removal of 8 inches of Class 6 aggregate base for reuse Overexcavation and disposal of 2-4 inches of subgrade Scarifying, moisture conditioning, and recompaction of subgrade Placement of 10 inches of Class 6 aggregate base Placement of 6 inches of HMA pavement Traffic control shall be in accordance with the Contract Documents. Whiteriver will be closed to through traffic during construction; however, access shall be maintained for residences that access via Whiteriver. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of bid price is required, and a Performance and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of bid, will be required.
