Sealed bids for the Municipal Paving Contract Spring 2026 The scope of work will include, but not be limited to, all field layout, furnishing all equipment, labor, materials, including maintenance of traffic required to complete an application of pavement markings, either Thermoplastic or Painted, in accordance with accepted 2016 VDOT Road & Bridge Standard Specifications and in substantial conformance with the limits established by City of Lynchburg Public Works. There is no annual guarantee of work volume. The contract will not preclude the City from seeking alternate contracts on a case by case basis for new construction and existing facilities.
