Renovation of a municipal facility in Hackensack, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Sealed bids shall be received electronically for CONTRACT NUMBER C-26-003, which is for the renovation of second floor restrooms at the HHH Services Center, 120 Broadway St., Hackensack NJ. Bidder shall submit with the bid a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, payable unconditionally to Bergen County Treasurer, along with a Certificate (Consent of Surety) with Power of Attorney for the full amount of the bid price from a Surety Company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey. Electronic bid bond is acceptable; if submitting a guarantee in the form of a cashier's or certified check, an image of the check must be included with the bid or proposal submitted through the e-procurement platform, and the physical check must be delivered in a sealed envelope clearly marked as part of the bid response. All other documents must be submitted electronically. Bidders shall comply with N.J.S.A 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17-27 et seq., and the requirements of the Prevailing Wage Act. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
