Site work for a stadium in Bridgeview, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium.
The proposed improvement consists of outdoor sports field lighting at Seat Geek Stadium located at 7000 Harlem Avenue, Bridgeview, IL 60455. All work will be in conformance with the "Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction in Illinois", dated January 1, 2022. Plans and proposal forms are available for download only from QuestCDN via the Novotny Engineering website for a non-refundable charge. Only proposals obtained from and approved by Novotny Engineering will be accepted at the bid opening. Only qualified contractors who can provide satisfactory proof of previous similar work will be entitled to receive bid documents and submit proposals. Bidders may be required to submit a "Statement of Experience" listing previous similar projects. All proposals must be accompanied by a Bank Cashier's Check, Bank Draft, Certified Check, or Bid Bond for not less than five percent of the total bid amount. No bid may be withdrawn after opening without the Owner's consent for forty-five days. The contractor will be required to furnish a labor and material Performance Bond in the full contract amount and pay prevailing wages in accordance with all applicable laws. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, considering conformity with the terms and conditions. The Village reserves the right to determine responsibility at the time of award, reject any and all proposals, readvertise the proposed improvements, and waive technicalities.
