Yavapai County is seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction services for the ANNUAL DIRT TO BLACK (FY 25-26) PROJECT IN YAVAPAI COUNTY, ARIZONA - PROJECT #2610007, (IFB # 26-PW-50). The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures, and services necessary for paving Pinion Place and Chisolm Trail in Prescott, Arizona. The purpose of the project is to improve the driving surface, control dust and reduce maintenance needs. Instructions to bidders: - Solicitation documents will be available on the County's eProcurement Portal. - Contractors may obtain copies of plans and specifications upon request or by appointment. - A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled and detailed meeting instructions will be included in the solicitation documents. - The County requires electronic submission of bids and proposals via the County's eProcurement Portal. - Every proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond for ten percent of the bid amount as a guarantee. - The surety bond must be executed solely by a surety company authorized to conduct business in Arizona. - Submissions are due by the specified deadline. - The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all offers, waive formalities, and accept the offer in the County's best interest..
