Scope of work: Locker Room Improvements at the Stan Sheriff Center, University of Hawaii at Manoa, Project No. Uhm 1118-23-795. Instructions to bidders: Submission of an electronic response constitutes an offer to sell the specified goods and/or services under the University of Hawaii's terms and conditions. The submitter certifies authorization to sign and confirms that the response is fair and without collusion or fraud. Bidders are responsible for downloading, opening, saving, or printing all attachments, entering pricing if required, completing other needed information, and submitting by the solicitation closing date and time. Submitting attachments involves uploading or managing already uploaded files via the provided system. The deadline to submit requests for clarification of the requirements of this IFB is April 14, 2026. All clarification requests shall be submitted via HePS QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS section, and all responses shall be issued in an addendum.
