Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Honolulu, Hawaii. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 150-unit multi-residential development.

City-owned parcels at 1930 Dillingham Blvd. and 1907 Eluwene St. in Honolulu are planned for redevelopment into more than 150 affordable rental homes adjacent to the future Mokauea (Kalihi) Skyline station. The City selected nonprofit EAH Housing as the preferred developer to negotiate a pre-development agreement, long-term ground lease, design concepts, financing structure, and community engagement scope. The 2.25-acre property was purchased by the City in 2019 and is included within Honolulu’s transit-oriented development housing priority areas.
