This Continuing Services Contract will provide general Architect and Building Envelope support and other design services to the Town. Work includes but is not limited to supporting Town staff with the implementation of the Town's Comprehensive Plan, Community Investment Program (CIP) for FY 2026-2030 including planning, Architectural and Building Envelope design and construction support services. Sealed bid forms must be submitted and executed as required, included with the bid in a sealed envelope. Bids must be submitted in hard copy and on a USB drive. The envelope should include the address, the date and time of bid opening, the bid title, and the bid number. All bids are subject to the specified conditions. Bids not submitted with the completed attached bid forms may be rejected. Bidders who do not comply with these conditions may be subject to rejection by the Town. All submittals must be in accordance with the Request for Qualifications, including but not limited to the documents contained in the RFQ and any referenced documentation. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all informalities, irregularities, and technicalities not involving price, time, or changes in the commodities and/or services, and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids.
