Supply the Town of Jupiter Utilities Water Treatment Plant with 98% sulfuric acid for use in the treatment of drinking water in accordance with the bid/contract documents, for a period of 495 days, beginning May 23, 2026 through September 30, 2027, with the option to renew the contract for up to two (2) individual and consecutive one (1) year terms, with semiannual price adjustments in accordance with provisions of the contract. The Town of Jupiter reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all bids. The Town of Jupiter is an equal opportunity employer.
