Renovation of a mixed-use development in Jupiter, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade water / sewer project.

All questions concerning this project shall be directed to Rebecca Wilder, PE, Assistant Director of Utilities in writing by email to RebeccaW@jupiter.fl.us (with the Project Name in the subject of the email). Furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete restoration and replacement of the existing modified bitumen roofing systems on two existing industrial buildings at the Town of Jupiter Water Treatment Plant. The work includes four roof sections ranging in size from approximately 2,500 to 11,575 square feet. Responsibilities include permitting, preparation of submittals for review and approval, material procurement, site demolition and preparation, restoration of three roof sections by installation of a fluid applied membrane waterproofing system, complete removal and replacement of one roof section by installation of a high performance, modified bitumen roof system, site restoration, project closeout, warranties, and all other incidentals outlined in the Bid Documents, as well as all related appurtenances necessary to complete the work based on the intent of the Bid Documents. All work must be performed in accordance with Florida Building Code, with all materials adhering to project specifications and possessing Notice of Acceptance by the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). Sealed bids must be submitted on paper and in electronic format, with bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid. The Town of Jupiter reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all bids.
