Scope of Work This project consists of but is not limited to, the milling and resurfacing of existing asphalt pavement, full depth roadway construction, reworking existing base, signing and pavement marking, concrete removal and installation, drainage improvements, ADA Accessibility construction, intersection improvements, surveying, landscaping, and record drawings. Contractors bidding this project shall be FDOT prequalified and all asphalt and concrete incorporated shall be obtained from an FDOT approved plant. Five percent (5%) of the bid amount The Work includes, but is not limited to that work shown or described on the bid/contract drawings and specifications including but not limited to the following: 1. Site clearing, grubbing and grading 2. Erosion and sedimentation control 3. Maintenance of traffic, including preparation of MOT Plans 4. Excavation and associated earthwork 5. Drainage piping and structures 6. Roadway milling 7. Roadway resurfacing - paving, asphaltic concrete 8. Roadway shoulder widening - subgrade compaction, optional base course, and 9. asphaltic concrete 10. Intersection improvements 11. Signage, pavement markers and striping 12. Construction surveying and layout 13. Landscaping and sodding 14. Record Drawings/As-Builts 15. All other work shown and/or specified in the Contract Documents This shall serve as a ITB contract to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for Jupiter Park Drive Intersection Improvements roadway construction and resurfacing, ancillary drainage, sidewalk, striping, curb and associated road work on an as needed basis, including but not limited to: Mobilization and Demobilization Maintenance of Traffic Clearing, Grubbing, and Site Demolition Construction surveying and layout Excavation & Embankment Concrete Sidewalk and Driveway Construction ADA Detectable Warning Surfaces installation Concrete Type F Curb Construction Full Depth Roadway Construction Milling & Resurfacing Reworking Existing Base Signing & Pavement Marking Drainage Improvements Sodding and landscaping Record Drawings/As-Builts All other work shown and/or specified in the Contract Documents Completion- (150) calendar days.
