Description

Renovation of an industrial development in Asheville, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 27,900-square-foot industrial development; and 10,400-square-foot industrial development.

This project renovates the existing exterior envelope of Wholesale Building 1 (27,500 SF) and Wholesale Building 2 (10,400 SF) at the Western NC Farmer’s Market, 570 Brevard Rd, Asheville, NC 28806. The Wholesale Buildings will receive upgrades for the exterior items that include building siding, roof, roof insulation, gutters & downspouts, hollow metal doors, aluminum windows, fixed aluminum louvers, and painting of all exposed steel and wood surfaces. Respondents must be properly licensed to provide Construction and Design Services in the State of North Carolina. Sealed qualifications may be delivered by UPS, FedEx, or in person to the Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services at 2 West Edenton St., Raleigh, NC 27601. Submissions must include a Letter of Interest and Standard Form 254 (SF 254).
