Sealed bids are requested for Backflow Repair Parts for the City of Asheville. Proposal forms, instructions, and specifications are available on the City of Asheville's website or at the Purchasing Office. Bid addenda, if issued, will be posted to the website at least seven days before the bid opening date and should be acknowledged and included with the bid response. Bidders are encouraged to check the website for any addenda before submitting their responses. All bids are subject to the Asheville Business Inclusion Policy, which encourages the participation of minority and women-owned businesses. Bidders may provide proof of MWBE status or seek certification as an MWBE vendor. The policy also prohibits discrimination in contracting and procurement. Bidders must not be delinquent in payment of ad valorem taxes owed to the City of Asheville. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
