As of April 24, 2026, this project is in the early stages of design. An architect has been selected and a civil engineer has been awarded; however, a general contractor has not yet been selected. A firm timeline has not yet been established, however, construction is not expected to begin before the first quarter of 2027. *Previous solicitation listed below for reference:* The Owner is seeking a qualified Engineering Firm with current relevant experience in public school K-12 work that involves playground replacement at multiple school sites and civil/site related K12 bond projects such as athletic fields, turf fields, parking lot improvements and similar projects.
