The work consists of the renovation of an existing linear accelerator vault at the MS Cancer Institute in McComb, Mississippi. At the option of the bidder, sealed bids, in duplicate and/or bids submitted electronically via www.llgarchplans.com will be received by SOUTHWEST MISSISSIPPI REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER until 2:00 p.m. on THURSDAY, APRIL 2, 2026, at SOUTHWEST MISSISSIPPI REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER SIXTH FLOOR BOARD ROOM LOCATED AT 215 MARION AVENUE, McCOMB, MISSISSIPPI 39648 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read for construction of the following project: LINEAR ACCELERATOR, McCOMB, MISSISSIPPI, SOUTHWEST MISSISSIPPI REGIONAL CENTER CN#25-4192. A single bid will be received for the complete project. Bids may be submitted in person or electronically at www.llgarchplans.com under the project name. Bid documents are available online for viewing and purchasing at www.llgarchplans.com. Purchased documents are non-refundable. Plan holders and bidders are required to log-in or register for a free account to view and order bid documents and to submit bids electronically. A valid email address is required for registration. Award will be made based on the lowest and best bid received in accordance with title 31, chapter 7 (31-7-13 et seq.) Of Mississippi code of 1972 as amended.
