Demolition, site work, new construction and addition to a clubhouse / community center in Minot, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the addition of a clubhouse / community center; for the demolition of a clubhouse / community center; for the construction of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.

Project consists of an addition of a new outdoor shelter that will consist of steel columns supporting LVL beams and prefab trusses with a composite wood ceiling and an asphalt shingle roof. The shelter will include a tie-in section to the existing building and will entail some selective demolition of the existing building’s roof. The project will also include new concrete pad and foundations as well as outdoor lighting and receptacles. Bids shall be prepared in compliance with the Instruction to Bidders and shall be bid as Single Prime Contract (all trades). Each bid must include the Bidder’s Contractor’s license and bid security, with the Bidder licensed for the full amount of the bid. Bid security in the form of a bidder’s bond is required in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Bids not complying with the requirements of North Dakota Century Code Chapter 48-01.2 will not be considered; any deficient bid will be returned immediately.
