Site work for a development in Minot, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a development.

Work to be performed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, excavation and grading of existing channel, realigning channel, installation of energy dissipation structures, and placement of erosion control riprap along updated channel alignment. Instructions to bidders include the location of the project site, which can be accessed from downtown Minot by going east on 4th Ave SE E Burdick Expy, then turning right onto US-52 BUS Valley St. The site is located on the right (south) after 1.3 miles, before the grain elevator. Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Ward County Highway Department ATTN: Sarah Walker located at 200 72nd St SE, PO Box 5005, Minot, ND 58702-5005. Plans and Specifications are provided for bidding. Question Deadline 04/02/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
