Addition to an educational facility in Sammamish, Washington. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility.
Absher Construction is requesting subcontractor bids for Bid Package 03.00 - Remaining Structural Concrete Work for the Eastlake High School Addition. Sealed bids are to be accepted at the Absher jobsite trailer at Eastlake High School. Bids must be properly delivered, as late or incomplete bids will be rejected, and faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted. A bid bond is required in the form of a surety bond, cashier's check, or certified check in the amount of 5% of the bid amount for bids exceeding $300,000. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities or irregularities in the bids.
