Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Ephrata, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a 13,000-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Lydig Construction, Inc. is requesting sealed proposals from Contractors for Bid Packages including Masonry, Metal Decking Supply, Structural and Miscellaneous Steel Supply, Roofing, Glazing, GWB, Landscaping, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical. The project consists of constructing an approximately 13,000 square foot new Coroner Office building. This includes ground-up construction of a single-story building with approximately 6,000 square feet of traditional office space and 7,000 square feet of Coroner work area that features coolers, freezers, CT Scan, sallyport, and specialty equipment. Bids must be delivered in person to Lydig Construction Office at 11001 E. Montgomery Drive, Spokane Valley, WA 99206, and will be accepted prior to the specific times listed for each bid package. No faxed, mailed, or electronic bids will be accepted. Proposals received after the specified date and time will not be considered. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The GC/CM and Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received. Lydig Construction encourages bids from disadvantaged, minority-owned, women-owned, and small businesses.
