Renovation of an educational facility in Ephrata, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consists of re-roofing the entire Ephrata High School with a new PVC membrane. Proposals are requested for a General Contract for this construction. Printed paper sets of plans and specifications are available for purchase and must be returned in good condition within 10 days to be eligible for a refund. PDF documents are available at no cost by request. Bid security of five percent (5%) of the total Base Bid is required. The project requires compliance with prevailing wage regulations. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, especially those not accompanied by the required bid security or supporting data. Compliance with the relevant state codes and regulations is required by all bidders. Question Deadline 04/30/2026Bidders and Sub-bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request which shall reach the Architect at least seven days prior to the date for receipt of Bids. Award is subject to final approval.
