Sealed bids are requested to furnish materials and labor to complete the work for the 2025 Capital Project - Phase 1 at Coxsackie Middle/High School, Coxsackie Elementary School, and E.J. Arthur (Athens) Elementary School. Bids are required on a stipulated sum basis for the following contracts: Sitework Construction, General Construction, Mechanical Construction, and Roofing Construction. Bidders are to obtain bidding documents, drawings, and specifications in digital format from the specified website or for a nonrefundable fee on CD or USB from the specified vendor. Bid security must be provided in the amount and form stated in the instructions, and bids remain subject to acceptance for forty-five days following receipt. Bids shall not include New York State sales and use taxes on materials and supplies used, as the owner is exempt. Bidders must comply with the New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rate Schedule and conditions of employment. The school district reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities or to reject all bids without explanation.
