Question Deadline 04/08/2026 at 3:00 PM PT QUESTIONS CONCERNING BID DOCUMENTS Any questions pertaining to the bid documents are to be directed via e-mail only to Derek Stemrich, Architect/Associate Principal - PJHM Architects derek@pjhm.com Cc: Jon Parham, Director MOT&F - Romoland School District jparham@romoland.net The scope of work includes the construction of one parking lot and one onsite/offsite improvement. All bids must be submitted on the forms provided by the District, completed, signed, and returned with the bid. Bids must conform to the notice and all contract documents, and be submitted online as specified. The successful bidder will be required to file a payment bond and a performance bond issued by an admitted Surety authorized to conduct business in California and approved by the District. The project is a public works project subject to the payment of prevailing wages and compliance with all applicable Labor Code provisions, including the employment of apprentices, hours of labor, and contractor/subcontractor debarment. Each bidder must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations and possess a Class A or B contractor license at the time the bid is submitted. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any irregularities or informalities in the bidding process. Failure to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference will result in disqualification.
