The work generally includes Site preparation and associated construction work Building foundation and structural framing Exterior walls, roofing, and building envelope Coordination with City-contracted mechanical, electrical, and plumbing subcontractors for installation of those systems Interior walls, finishes, and fixtures Integration with existing building systems Any additional work required to complete the facility as shown in the project plans Contractors are responsible for reviewing the full construction drawings and specifications to determine the complete scope of work. The work consists of constructing an addition to the existing Craig Police Station facility. This includes site work, structural framing, exterior finishes, roofing, interior construction, and all tasks required to complete the building shell as described in the construction drawings. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work will be contracted separately, but the contractor must coordinate with the city and its subcontractors for these systems.
