Site work and addition to a fire / police facility in Craig, Alaska. Completed plans call for the addition of a fire / police facility.
Questions regarding the project or plans should be directed to Oliver Lewis Public Works Director publicworks@craigak.com The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete the construction of the Craig Police Station Addition in accordance with the plans prepared for the project. The work generally includes Site preparation and associated construction work Building foundation and structural framing Exterior walls, roofing, and building envelope Coordination with City-contracted mechanical, electrical, and plumbing subcontractors for installation of those systems Interior walls, finishes, and fixtures Integration with existing building systems Any additional work required to complete the facility as shown in the project plans Contractors are responsible for reviewing the full construction drawings and specifications to determine the complete scope of work. The work consists of constructing an addition to the existing Craig Police Station facility. This includes site work, structural framing, exterior finishes, roofing, interior construction, and all tasks required to complete the building shell as described in the construction drawings. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work will be contracted separately, but the contractor must coordinate with the city and its subcontractors for these systems. The contractor is to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals needed. The main activities include site preparation and associated construction, building foundation and structural framing, exterior walls, roofing, building envelope, coordination for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installation, interior walls, finishes, and fixtures, integration with existing building systems, and any additional work necessary to complete the facility as shown in the project plans. Contractors are responsible for reviewing all construction drawings and specifications to fully determine the scope of work. Sealed bids must be clearly marked and delivered to the specified address. Late bids will not be accepted.
