Description

Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Clermont, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

The project entails providing resurfacing services for the shuffleboard courts located at the Kehlor Building at Kehlor Park, 466 W. Minneola Avenue, Clermont, Florida. The scope of work includes resurfacing eighteen (18) shuffleboard courts, each approximately 6 feet by 52 feet, to restore them to safe and optimal playing conditions. The successful respondent will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to properly prepare, repair, and resurface the existing concrete courts. Work includes cleaning and preparing the court surfaces, repairing cracks and depressions, applying acrylic resurfacing materials and color coatings, and restriping all shuffleboard lines in accordance with applicable standards. All work must be performed in accordance with manufacturer specifications, applicable industry standards, and under the direction of the Citys Project Manager.
