The purchase involves a one-time acquisition and delivery of a portable, towable light tower suitable for outdoor and field use. The unit must be new, unused, and of current production, with a full manufacturer’s warranty on all components. Required features include a diesel engine meeting Tier 4 emissions standards, an integrated generator rated at a minimum of 8 kW, multiple 120V and at least one 240V receptacle, an LED lighting system with individually adjustable fixtures, an electric or hydraulic mast, and operation on a 60 Hz output. Delivery must be coordinated with the Sewer Department and be F.O.B. Destination to the address specified. The unit price must include all shipping, handling, and delivery charges. Respondents must provide manufacturer specifications, warranty information, and confirmed delivery lead time with the quote. The warranty should be at least one year, and warranty terms must be provided. Only new equipment will be accepted; any deliveries made without prior authorization will not be accepted. All applicable permits and licenses must be obtained by the respondent. All quotes are to be submitted electronically, with supporting documents as required, including proof of insurance, product specifications, vendor W-9, and compliance statements for drug-free workplace and conflict of interest policies. Instructions to bidders include registering with the City’s online procurement portal, submitting quotes electronically, ensuring quotes remain valid for at least thirty days, uploading all required supporting documentation, and ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations. Bidders must confirm no conflicts of interest, upload proof of insurance, provide a completed W-9 form, product specifications, and comply with workplace policies as outlined. Pricing must include all associated costs and be quoted F.O.B. Destination. Only written questions submitted through the online portal will be answered. All work must be performed in accordance with local codes and regulations, and late or incomplete submittals may be rejected.
