Description

Renovation of an office development in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.

Seeking quotes for the design and build of portions of the space on the 14th floor at 745 Thurlow Street, Vancouver, BC. Additional work is required on top of a full floor renovation completed in 2022. Construction must minimize disruption for staff working on site. Work includes using existing as built drawings from the previous renovation and matching new construction to the existing design. Refer to Statement of Work in section 2.0 for specifics.
